Delete your Stayrent account

You can delete your Stayrent account and data at any time, in two ways.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Stayrent app and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request by email or WhatsApp

If you cannot use the app, send us a request:

• Email: stayrentofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Stayrent account"
• WhatsApp: +91 91422 19956

Please include the mobile number of your account. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm it with an OTP. We complete deletion requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, mobile number, name, city and profile photo
• Your KYC document
• All your property listings and their photos
• Your chats and messages
• Your reviews, reports, support tickets, saved properties and notifications

What may be kept

A minimal record that a deletion happened (date and action) may be kept in our admin activity log for security and legal reasons. We do not keep your listings, photos or chats after deletion.
